The Fund is a close ended Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The objective is to generate long term capital appreciation for investors by primarily investing in Pre IPO and unlisted opportunities in India.

WhiteOak Capital has a well-resourced and large investment team of sector experts with global experience and deep domain expertise which has enabled a comprehensive and systematic capture of opportunities in the unlisted segment. The Fund will invest in companies through a rigorous bottom-up stock selection process across sectors and market caps, through opportunities in unlisted late-stage, Pre-IPO, anchor and preferential issues.
